My world doesn't even have a sun. It's hard to see it from the corners of windows. I would like to see it outside and feel it even just once briefly.

Maybe that is why it hurts you, because you don't have one.

I took it off to see if the sun would burn me without it but I was okay so now it is just a reminder I don't really want.

But you're likely right. That does seem to be one of the most differing aspects of my world to others.

Do you have a moon? Dani said you have a friend who is a werewolf. I've been wondering how that works if there is no sun for them.

No. We have neither.

The wolves came before the sun and moon died. I don't know what they might have been then, but they're still fairly formidable now. They do still call on the sun god, Luninor, still as well.

I have a werewolf friend too. He can only turn into a wolf when the moon is full, just like in the stories.

It's honestly for the best! The transformation is really brutal. I couldn't bear watching Tyler suffer.

The transformation was painful? If it's painful for the wolves I've my world, they've never said as much. In fact, the wolves I know prefer to change as often as possible.

It was like he was breaking all his bones, over and over, for hours the first time. Now it's faster but it's still excruciating.

[ he reeks of pain when he transforms back, but caroline bears it for the cuddles. ]
